Shipping policy
SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY
Orders shipped within Italy are handled by our partnered courier companies, with daily deliveries except for remote areas.
Tracking numbers are available upon request and must be specifically requested in the order notes or by email through our customer service at customercare@rada.it.
Courier delivery procedures are standardized.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt will usually be made on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the shipment will remain available at the destination depot. Couriers normally leave a delivery notice.
If you prefer to collect the parcel directly from the courier depot, you must specify this at the time of the order in the notes section, indicating both the courier service and the preferred depot location.
Should any issue or difficulty arise, you may contact our customer service by email at customercare@rada.it or contact the courier’s customer service directly in order to arrange a new delivery attempt.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Before proceeding, customers must send an email to customercare@rada.it and receive return authorization.
Returned items must not have been worn and must include all original tags and warranty seals. Footwear soles must show no signs of wear and must be returned inside their original box with all original packaging included.
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in refusal of the refund.
Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility and at the customer’s risk.
If the customer does not have a preferred courier service and wishes to use DHL, a pickup may be arranged through our customer service. Shipping instructions will be provided. Although the shipment may initially be paid by Radà, all related costs remain the customer’s responsibility and the refund will be issued net of shipping costs.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via FEDEX or DHL Global Forwarding.
We use an express air delivery service that allows us to offer competitive shipping rates to our customers.
Shipments through alternative methods, especially postal services, are not accepted.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.
TAXES & DUTIES
For all countries within the European Union, VAT is already included in the purchase price of the items.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the taxable amount of the order may be subject to local taxes and import duties in the destination country.
These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient, who will be required to pay any customs duties, import taxes, and related fees upon delivery, according to the regulations of the destination country.
If the customer decides to return the merchandise for any reason, duties and taxes paid at destination will not be refunded. Any refund issued for the order will be net of any customs duties, import taxes, and related charges paid by us in Italy before the goods are returned.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are generally processed within 24/48 hours after payment confirmation.
Any delay in dispatch may be due to payment processing times.
Delivery times via FEDEX or DHL are usually fast, however they may be affected by customs clearance procedures, which in some countries may require several additional business days.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
All shipments are accompanied by the appropriate documentation required for customs clearance procedures.
Upon request, we can provide a PDF file containing the invoice, any required Washington Convention declaration, and other shipping documents.
