Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@rada.it. Returns should be sent to the following address: B.S.R. S.r.l., Via N. Copernico 4, 47122 Forlì (FC), Italy.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at customercare@rada.it.
RETURNS SHIPPING – ITALY
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Before proceeding, you must send an email to customercare@rada.it and receive return authorization.
Items must not have been worn. They must also include all original tags and the security seal. Shoe soles must not show any signs of wear or damage and must be returned inside their original box together with all original packaging.
Failing this, no refund will be issued for the returned item.
Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense and risk.
If the customer does not have a preferred courier and wishes to use DHL, they may request a pickup through our customer service department, which will provide shipping instructions. Although the shipment is paid for by Radà, the cost remains entirely the customer’s responsibility, and the refund will be issued net of shipping costs.

Although the shipment is paid for by Radà, all related costs remain entirely the customer’s responsibility. The refund will therefore be issued net of all incurred charges, including customs duties and taxes paid in Italy during customs clearance.
