SHIPMENTS: DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
DELIVERY WITHIN ITALY
Orders sent within Italy are entrusted to one of the following companies: DHL Express or GLS Executive, as appropriate. The courier will email you the date of collection and tracking number. Should you not receive an email directly from the courier,
you can re-quest one from our Customer Services department by mail the day after shipping. The tracking number will enable you
to check the status of the shipment and predict when the delivery will take place.
Delivery times range from 24 to 48 hours within Italy, with the exception of disadvantaged areas for which longer times are necessary.
Recipients will be required to sign a form or electronic display to acknowledge delivery.
Orders are delivered on working days only and it is not possible to arrange for delivery by appointment.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver again the following day.
Delivery by courier is standard procedure. Should you wish to collect goods yourself, please specify
a destination branch warehouse
when placing your order, in the section reserved for this, indicating the courier we should use
and the most convenient warehouse for you to collect your goods from. In case of problems or difficulties, please contact either our Customer Services department

You can make arrangements for returning or storing your goods through the DHL or GLS,
or for collecting them directly from their warehouses. Should you need to change the place of delivery
once shipping has al-ready taken place, we will need to intervene directly and send new instructions.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and applied within two price ranges:
€8.00 for costume jewellery and €10.00 for shoes and bags (due to the fact these are larger packages).
No shipping fees will be applied for orders over 300 euros.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
Goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Before proceeding, however, customers must
email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive au-thorization to do so. Goods must not have been worn.
They must also be returned with all the original labels and warranty seal. The soles of footwear must not show any signs of wear or marks
and must be shipped inside their original box with all the packaging that was part of it.
Failure to do so will lead to no credit being issued for the returned item. The cost of return shipping is at risk and charged entirely to the customer.
Customers who not have a preferential courier and intend to use DHL can ask our Customer Service
to have the goods collected. Customer Services will provide instructions for shipping which,
even if initially paid for by Radà, will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
All orders are delivered via DHL Global Forwarding. This is an express system that operates by air,
which are are able to offer customers at reasonable prices. Shipments by other means, particularly post, are not allowed.
Shipping is charged to the customer as follows:
Costume jewelry 15.00 euros - Bags and footwear 25.00 euros
Canada and the U.S.A.
Costume jewelry 25.00 euros - Bags and footwear 35.00 euros
Costume jewelry 50.00 euros - Bags and footweaR 70.00 euros
Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart during the purchas-ing process beside the price of the product or products being pur-chased.
VAT is included in the purchase price of goods for countries within the European Union. For goods which are to be delivered
outside the European Union, VAT will be separated from the purchase price and the tax base of the total amount of the order will then be subjected to the local taxes
of the country of destination. These charges will be entirely at the expense of the customer
who will have to pay customs duties, levy and taxes according to the procedures in force in their country. Should, for any reason,
the customer intend to return the goods received, the charges paid at destination will not be reimbursed, and reaccreditation of the amount paid
will be net of any additional customs du-ties, levy and taxes paid by us in Italy before collection of the goods.
ORDER FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually processed within 24/48 hours of being received. Possible delays in the shipping of goods may be caused
by the timing of payment reception. DHL delivery times are normally fast, but also conditioned by how long it takes for customs formalities to be completed.
In some countries this may take a few days, thus extending delivery times.
Shipments of orders will be accompanied by a regular set of the documents necessary for completion of customs formalities.
Customers who so wish can request they be sent a PDF file containing an invoice, a possible Washington declaration and more.
